MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SIMPLIFICATION ROADMAP
during the initial stage of a post-carve out at a chemical company, the job was to conduct an analysis of the status quo and define new system goals to ensure re-alignment of processes with the new company core business, while maintaining their decentralised development. We obtained a 30% reduction of complexity within 5 months.
COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT MODEL SETUP
Knowledge transfer from the aviation sector to an automotive software company for the development of a QA-worker competence development model including qualifications path and on-the-job training.
INTERIM COORDINATION MANAGER FOR ONE-OFF STC​
Project management for an ad-hoc aircraft modification where the design, manufacturing and installation/maintenance companies where 3 different entities. Besides bringing the project to completion, a “by-product” was a 3-parties process landscape set up to coordinate engineering, production & prototype certification. This arrangement has been used and it is still used at the client to coordinate this kind of challenging projects.
TRANSFORMATION MANAGER FOR DOA-SCOPE CHANGE​
For a Design Organisation shifting its scope from continued airworthiness and post Type-Certificate changes of a single aircraft type, to performing modification on third party’s aircraft, we re-shaped the entire organisation and process landscape. Mission accomplished in 6 months.
